I was invited by the curator Isabel Lazaro Garcia to create an artwork about soccer for the exhibition “Corner” in the Gallery Art Deal Project, in Barcelona (Spain) in 2013.
I decided to focus my work on different characters and roles inside the soccer world: stadiums, supporters, players and reporters. The goal was to represent the complexity and the contradiction of a world where love and passion mixed with economical interests and sometimes, ignorance.
I did it, creating an installation made of sounds, a painting and a drawing.
