In 2017 and in 2018, I worked on a project about homeless people in collaboration with Arrels Foundation in Barcelona.
The project was run in two different schools, in 2017 Escuela Jesuita de San Gervasi and in 2018 in the school La Salle de Gracia. We worked with a group of 40 students in each school.
Foundation Arrels is working with homeless people offering them a clean cloths, a place to stay and psychological support.
During our project, we run workshops and I painted two murals. The first one is about sensitize public opinion on the fact we are the key to create a better environment for everyone. The second mural is about how the perception of a person can change if we offer them to get washed and clean cloths.
The project was sponsored by Fundación Arrels and Asociación Jupiterfab with the support of Instituto Jesuita y La Salle.
