Sounds

My sound works are an amplification of sound recordings made in the city. Different and common sounds in every city, specific sounds of the city, are compressed and arranged with various pauses and volumes, using several speakers positioned in different points of the exhibition space.

The goal is to make the audience aware of the importance of sound in the daily life and how can change our lives and our moods. I envelope and stress the audience bombing them with city sounds.

Each sound project can be tailored according to the specific project I am working on, the place and the architectural features of the place where I install the work and the resources/budget at my disposal.

All my sound installations are created in collaboration with Andrea Dedomenico, an Italian sound technician and musician.

Hereby, you can find most the sound I created divided for projects.
